Terms of Service

By accessing or using blessed.fund, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use blessed.fund on behalf of a nonprofit or other organization (an “Organization”), you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

blessed.fund is donor management and fundraising software. It lets Organizations manage donors, record and accept donations, run campaigns and pledges, issue receipts, send email, and analyze their data. Donors may also use blessed.fund to give to an Organization and to view their giving history in the donor portal.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Organizations are responsible for the people they invite and the roles they assign. Please enable two-factor authentication and tell us promptly at security@blessed.fund if you suspect unauthorized access.

Donations are processed by Stripe or Square through the Organization’s own account with that processor, and are subject to the processor’s terms and fees. blessed.fund does not take a percentage of donations. We do not store complete card or bank account numbers on our servers.

Organizations pay a subscription fee as agreed with us. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your agreement.

Each Organization is responsible for:

• The accuracy of the donor and donation information it enters or imports
• Having the right to collect and use its donors’ information, and following applicable privacy laws
• Obtaining any consent required before sending email, and complying with anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM
• The accuracy of its donation receipts and its own tax and charitable-solicitation obligations

You may use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Send spam or email to people who have not agreed to receive it
• Upload malicious code or attempt to access another Organization’s data
• Interfere with, overload, or probe the security of the service
• Resell or copy the service without our written permission

Organizations own the data they put into blessed.fund. You give us permission to host, process, and display that data only as needed to provide the service. You can export your donors and donations at any time. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI search turns plain-English questions into answers about your data. AI results can be incomplete or inaccurate, so please review them before relying on them for financial, tax, or other important decisions.

You may stop using blessed.fund at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Before an Organization’s account is closed, we will give it a reasonable opportunity to export its data, unless prevented by law.

blessed.fund is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, blessed.fund will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will notify Organizations by email or in the application. Continuing to use blessed.fund after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
